I'm Md. Rasel Hossain, a Software Engineering graduate with a Major in Data Science from Daffodil International University. I am passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and developing intelligent, reliable, and impactful software solutions that solve real-world problems. My professional interests include Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Explainable AI (XAI), Software Engineering, Business Intelligence, and FinTech, where I aspire to bridge technology with innovation and practical impact.

During my undergraduate journey, I completed my research titled "An Ensemble Stacking-Based Approach for Accurate and Explainable Loan Approval Prediction," which focused on ensemble machine learning and explainable artificial intelligence to improve transparency and trust in financial decision-making. This research strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and passion for building data-driven solutions that are both accurate and interpretable.

I also had the opportunity to gain practical industry experience as an intern at NCC Bank PLC. This experience provided valuable insights into banking operations, customer service, and business processes while reinforcing my understanding of how technology can enhance efficiency, decision-making, and user experience in the financial sector.

I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, conducting research, building practical projects, and continuously improving my technical and professional skills. I find great satisfaction in turning complex challenges into meaningful solutions through curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Alongside my academic and technical journey, leadership and teamwork have played an important role in my personal growth. Being actively involved in student organizations has strengthened my communication, collaboration, and organizational skills while allowing me to contribute positively to my community and work with people from diverse backgrounds.

My long-term vision is to build a meaningful career where technology creates lasting value for individuals, businesses, and society. I aspire to contribute to innovative organizations that embrace data-driven decision-making, responsible artificial intelligence, and continuous technological advancement.
